CMS releases certification toolkit, compliance guidance for qualified health plans

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Friday released a toolkit for qualified health plans applying for plan year 2022 certification, and guidance to help applicants identify essential community providers and meet network adequacy standards.
It also released guidance on plan year 2021 compliance reviews and direct enrollment requirements.
