The American Organization for Nursing Leadership on April 12 will present its 2022 Lifetime Achievement Award to Maureen Swick, senior vice president and enterprise nurse executive for Atrium Health in Charlotte, N.C. Swick has more than 30 years’ experience in nursing leadership and management at hospitals and health systems, and served as AONL CEO and AHA senior vice president and chief nursing officer before joining Atrium in 2017. She previously served as president of AONL and an AHA board member, chair of the Northern Virginia Hospital Alliance for regional disaster preparedness, and on state and local task forces on nursing and workforce issues.
