Inpatient and outpatient prospective payment system hospitals, inpatient psychiatric facilities and PPS-exempt cancer hospitals have until Aug. 30 to preview their data for the October update to Care Compare. For hospitals participating in the inpatient quality reporting program, the October 2022 Care Compare refresh will include for the first time data on the health care personnel COVID-19 vaccination measure. The posted data will reflect hospital performance from Oct-Dec 2021.
