New AHA social media resources highlight National Rural Health Day

AHA Nov. 15 released a social media toolkit and graphics to help hospitals and health systems celebrate National Rural Health Day Nov. 21 and highlight through the week the unique challenges that rural communities face. AHA also will release rural health resources on its social channels Nov. 18-22.
