John Starcher Appointed President and CEO of Bon Secours Mercy Health. Bon Secours Health System and Mercy Health announced that John Starcher will serve as president and CEO of their new organization – Bon Secours Mercy Health – when the two organizations are combined this fall. Most recently, Starcher served as president and CEO of Mercy Health. Bon Secours President and CEO Rich Statuto will continue to serve Bon Secours Mercy Health as an advisor for the next year and will retire in 2019. 

Paul Kempinski Named New President and CEO of Children’s Mercy Kansas City in Missouri. Children’s Mercy recently announced Kempinski as its next president and CEO, effective Nov. 1. Currently, he serves as president of Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, DE.

Valerie Jackson Selected as President of Westfield Memorial Hospital in New York. Westfield Memorial Hospital, part of the Allegheny Health Network, has named Jackson as its president, effective Aug. 13. Previously, Jackson served as vice president of the hospital services division at Charles Cole Memorial Hospital in Coudersport, PA.

Jeremy Rogers Named CFO for St. Francis Medical Center, Monroe, LA. St. Francis Medical Center announced Rogers will assume the role of chief financial officer. Most recently, he served as chief operating officer for Baton Rouge General Physicians.
