The American Organization of Nursing Leadership has chosen as its 2020 president-elect Erik Martin, vice president of patient care services and chief nursing officer at Norton Children’s Hospital in Louisville, Ky. As president-elect, Martin will become AONL president in 2021. Also elected to three-year terms on the AONL Board of Directors were Susan Rees, vice president and CNO-inpatient at UW Health, New Glarus, Wis.; Pamela Bradshaw, vice president, chief operating officer and CNO at Shannon Health, San Angelo, Texas; and Jerome Mendóza Dayao, senior associate administrator of patient care services and CNO, University of Washington Medicine Harborview Medical Center, Seattle. AONL is an AHA subsidiary.
