CMS official to discuss global budgeting payment model during Dec. 18 webinar
Patrick Conway, M.D., Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services deputy administrator for innovation and quality and chief medical officer, will discuss the future of the global budgeting payment model during a Dec. 18 webinar hosted by the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, in collaboration with the Maryland Hospital Association and AHA’s Hospitals in Pursuit of Excellence initiative. The 60-minute webinar, at 11:30 a.m. ET, is the last in the webinar series on Maryland’s unique all-payer rate-setting system for hospital services.
