AHA #HealthCareInnovation blog: Health care leadership after COVID-19
The challenges and uncertainty during the pandemic have reinforced the importance of strong leadership and the value of mentorship, writes Lindsey Dunn Burgstahler, vice president, programming and intelligence, AHA Center for Health Innovation.
“Wisdom grows from experience and relationships, both of which can be fostered and accelerated to ensure the next generation of hospital and health system leaders exhibits the same fortitude we’ve seen in our current leaders when the next crisis hits,” Dunn Burgstahler writes.
