AHA collaborative to tackle COVID-19-related community needs
The AHA Center for Health Innovation invites hospitals and health systems to participate in its second Hospital Community Collaborative, which will focus on COVID-19-related community needs.
Participating health care providers and their community partners will receive access to tools and resources to address the social factors contributing to health disparities during the pandemic. Supported by a grant from the Novartis US Foundation, the multi-year initiative aims to strengthen health systems, eliminate barriers to quality health services and address social determinants of health.
Visit the Center’s website for details and to apply.
