The AHA, American Medical Association and American Nurses Association today released a television and digital ad in English and Spanish thanking health care workers during the holiday season. The ad, which is running this week on CNN’s New Day, continues the associations’ efforts to encourage the public to help curb the spread of COVID-19 and protect lives, including through vaccination.

AHA also launched its own Season of Thanks campaign with a new Forever Grateful video thanking health care professionals in America’s hospitals for their dedication and compassion in caring for their communities. The campaign will continue to add public service announcements and other digital assets, which hospitals and health systems are encouraged to adapt and share on social media to reinforce the crucial role hospitals and health care workers play in their communities.
