Leading during COVID-19: Lessons Learned from Clinical and Administrative Teams
The COVID-19 pandemic has brought about new challenges for health care providers including the way teams work together and communicate. The American Society of Anesthesiologists and the AHA’s Physician Alliance have partnered to help share experiences and lessons learned as a result of COVID-19 looking at how clinical and administrative leaders are working together to lead their teams through this crisis.
