Find Your Legislator

An ongoing dialogue with your elected officials is the best way to ensure they understand how the decisions they make in Washington, D.C., affect their constituents back home. The map below is a simple way to find contact information for members of Congress.

To use the map, first select the tab for Representative or Senator which will display the districts or state corresponding to the House member you seek. Click on the map to find the contact information for the corresponding lawmaker.

To further refine your search, use the “Click to Display Filters” option. You can more easily find your corresponding House of Representatives members, for example, by using the district code, state or organization name filters.
