We believe that if any field should be human-centered, it should be health care. This applies to the patients and communities that we serve, but it also applies to how we deconstruct internal silos, nurture well-being for our colleagues, improve quality, and inspire new ways of working.
In this webinar, Matt Kelly and Marc McLaughlin, partners with the innovation and strategy group, Do Tank, dive into some accessible human-centered approaches to help you in your work. Introducing tools and concepts that you can apply right away, viewers explore the application of empathy mapping, design sprinting, storytelling, strategy canvases and other cutting edge approaches to creatively impact quality improvement, clinician engagement, community based partnerships, innovation, diversity and health equity.
