Parkview’s team will outline their phased rollout, committee structures, education efforts, and extensive sustainability plan. Discover how a custom TeamSTEPPS dashboard supports data-driven decisions and research efforts. Key factors for success include strong leadership, physician engagement, adaptability, and a committed project team. Lessons learned and strategies for ensuring Parkview’ TeamSTEPPS investment will be shared.
