Whether your team is embarking on quality improvement initiatives, team training programs, or strategic planning, it is important to know "who you are, what’s around you, and where you are going." The best strategies and training ROIs start with a strong foundation and connection to your "why." In this webinar, we will explore human-centered design tools and methods that will help you understand your colleagues’ perspectives and create a clear sense of purpose for your team initiatives and projects. This will be a great session for anyone who wants to improve their strategic planning and clarity on how to upskill their teams.

  • Learn how to build the fundamental components and inputs for strategic planning
  • Understand how to connect training, such as TeamSTEPPS, to strategic goals and valued outcomes
