Mapping Medicare Disparities

This AHA resource highlights how best to use the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ Mapping Medicare Disparities tool to help identify where health disparities exist and use the data to inform strategies to address the disparities. It also includes AHA resources to help advance health equity and reduce disparities, including an issue brief from the AHA’s Value Initiative on connecting the dots between value and health equity.
