FAH and AHA strongly oppose H.R. 1156, "Patient Access to Higher Quality Health Care Act of 2017"

The Federation of American Hospitals and American Hospital Association's joint letter to Congress to express strong opposition to H.R. 1156, the "Patient Access to Higher Quality Health Care Act of 2017," and any other legislation that would repeal or modify current law to expand self-referral to physician-owned hospitals.
