Maryland primary care practices can apply to participate in new model

Maryland primary care practices and federally qualified health centers can apply through July 14 to participate in the state’s Total Cost of Care Model. The state last year expanded its all payer model from focusing on hospitals to also incentivizing other providers to address the total cost of care.
