AONL issues new section of nursing workforce compendium
AHA’s American Organization for Nursing Leadership affiliate yesterday released the second section in a three-part compendium that focuses on best practices to manage nursing workforce complexities. The new section provides strategies to address the nursing workforce and work environment with focuses on leadership and positive practice environment. Section one examined recruiting and retaining nurses.
