New CEOs of OCH Regional Medical Center, Prairie Lakes Healthcare System

Kenneth DeBoer Named President and CEO of Prairie Lakes Healthcare System, Watertown, SD. The Prairie Lakes Healthcare System Board of Directors announced DeBoer as the new president and CEO, effective August 20. Most recently, DeBoer served as the president and CEO of Jamestown Region Medical Center in North Dakota. 

James “Jim” Jackson Selected Administrator/CEO of OCH Regional Medical Center in Starkville, MS. OCH Regional Medical Center June 25 announced that Jackson assumed the role effectively immediately. He had spent nearly 20 years at Greenwood Leflore Hospital, where he was CEO from 2009-2018.

David Elgarico Named CEO of McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center in Springfield, OR. Elgarico, chief operating officer and ethics and compliance officer of Touro Infirmary in New Orleans, takes over as CEO July 30. 

Robert J. Maloney Appointed COO Anderson Hospital. Mercy Health – Cincinnati announced that Maloney assumed the role of chief operating officer of Anderson Hospital on June 18. Maloney previously served as COO at Frankfort Regional Medical Center in Kentucky. 

Kyle Fisher Named CFO of Community Health Network in Indianapolis. Fisher assumed the role of CFO on June 18. He formerly served as Community Health Network’s chief retail and innovation officer and CEO for Visionary Enterprises, Inc. 

Jenn Bowman Appointed New VP of Patient Experience at HCA Healthcare’s Gulf Coast Division. Bowman was named vice president of patient experience, effective July 9. Previously, she served as director of the HCA Healthcare Gulf Coast Division’s transfer center.
