HealthCareerCenter.com will join forces with the Hospital Association of Southern California (HASC) and the Michigan Health & Hospital Association (MHA) to better connect health care employers and job seekers. The job boards of both associations will now be directly integrated into HealthCareerCenter.com, the online job board powered by the American Hospital Association (AHA).

Over the past several years, all three organizations have been participants in the National Healthcare Career Network (NHCN) — a coalition formed to bring quality talent from health care associations and professional societies to employers seeking to fill roles ranging from nursing and physician jobs to operational and executive positions. “By integrating the job boards of these state associations into our own, we can bring a streamlined experience to our members and provide better access to recruitment services and resources,” said Amy Goble, vice president, HealthCareerCenter.com.

HealthCareerCenter.com will continue to provide unmatched reach and access to quality talent as the gateway to more than 300 prestigious health care association career centers and nearly 3 million professionals participating in the NHCN.

The AHA’s affiliation with the NHCN will not change. As a co-founder of the NHCN, the AHA strongly believes that associations and professional societies serve as a critical resource for skilled talent in clinical and non-clinical roles. By working together, these groups can help connect health care employers and professionals and HealthCareerCenter.com will continue to be the one-stop resource for jobs and talent.
