Eric Hexdall, Manager of the Caring for Each Other Program at Duke Regional Hospital, will explore how these extraordinary times have spurred significant growth and transformation in employee well-being programs. Learn how the Employee Experience Hub at Duke Health has evolved and how collaboration between resource providers has grown. Whether you are looking to initiate an employee well-being program or enhance an existing one through innovative strategies and collaboration, this webinar will provide valuable insights and practical strategies for fostering a resilient health care workforce.
