Programs Bring Innovation to Palliative and End-of-Life Care: 2014 Circle of Life Awards

Three programs that expand the reach of palliative and end-of-life care will be recognized as the 2014 recipients of the Circle of Life Award: Celebrating Innovation in Palliative and End-of-Life Care, along with one awarded a Citation of Honor.
