AHA letters to Sens. Thune and Cantwell in support of S. 3129, which would extend through CY 2016 the enforcement moratorium on direct supervision requirements for outpatient therapeutic services provided in critical access hospitals and rural PPS hospitals with 100 or fewer beds.
