As AHA President Rick Pollack noted in his Friday blog post, this week we come together to celebrate the more than five million dedicated women and men working in America’s hospitals and health systems for National Hospital Week. How can your hospital get involved? Join the AHA’s #MyHospital digital campaign by sharing photos or videos with the AHA highlighting the important role hospitals play in their community. Use the tag #MyHospital. Here are some photos that have already been shared.

To help hospitals mark the occasion, the AHA encourages hospitals to take part in this and many other efforts including a Twitter chat this Wednesday, May 11 at 11:00 am ET. This chat will honor and discuss the many ways that hospital employees are helping hospitals change and advance health in America.

Take part by learning more about the AHA’s National Hospital Week activities.
