As you engage with your internal data, it also is important to understand overall economic trends in your local community, region and nationally that could impact your workforce.

Technological Supports
There is a broad range of technologies that can be utilized to support the workforce, including machine learning, artificial intelligence and marketplace platforms. These technologies are not intended to replace staff, but rather to enhance the ability to do work, retain people and reduce burden, particularly in light of staffing shortages.
