Share your innovations in palliative and end-of-life care by applying for the 2024 Circle of Life Awards. Programs and organizations caring for people with serious or life-limiting illness are eligible, and up to three awards will be given July 21-23, 2024.

On Friday, AHA led the seventh annual #HAVhope Friday, part of its Hospital Against Violence initiative, to focus national attention on ending all forms of violence in our workplaces and communities. Hospitals and health systems across the country shared examples of how they are working with their community on partnerships, innovations and creative solutions to foster peace and make a safer environment for workers and patients.

For the seventh year in a row, AHA is led #HAVhope Friday — a national day of awareness to end violence. #HAVhope unites hospitals, health systems, nurses, doctors, other health care professionals and individuals from communities across the country in sharing their commitment to ending violence, as well as highlighting innovative strategies and partnerships they are implementing that are making a difference.
