Pathways to Recovery: Rural Montana Leaders Rising to the Occasion

In this podcast, you will hear the story of recovery from four rural hospital and health system leaders in Montana. Each has managed a medical surge, experienced reduced volume, suffered workforce fatigue, grieved lost neighbors and family, suffered financial insecurity and rose to meet their challenges by remaining agile while identifying alternative pathways to assure the local delivery of care.
