AHA MACRA in Action Series

How are hospitals working with clinicians to prepare for the Medicare Access & CHIP Reauthorization Act (MACRA)?

Please join us for a new AHA MACRA in Action series featuring American Hospital Association members who are well down the path of implementing and executing their MACRA strategies.

Our series launches with a two-part webinar featuring the Providence St. Joseph Health (PSJH) team for an in-depth case study detailing the preparation and organizational structure put in place at PSJH to support MACRA.

The case study will be delivered in a two-part series grouping the four Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) performance categories as outlined below, providing a deep dive around their impact in the new payment system.

1. Quality & Clinical Practice Improvement Activities - Aug. 17 at 1 p.m. Eastern - Replay available

2. Advancing Care Information & Cost - Aug. 31 at 1 p.m. Eastern - Replay available

Each session will kick off with the American Hospital Association’s brief overview of MACRA and the proposed changes to the CY 2018 quality payment program (QPP) for physicians and other eligible clinicians.
