AHA, others file friend-of-the-court brief in Supreme Court FCA case

The AHA, U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America, and American Medical Association today filed a friend-of-the-court brief urging the U.S. Supreme Court to reverse a 4th Circuit Court of Appeals decision that greatly expands the reach of the False Claims Act by applying the Wartime Suspension of Limitations Act to a civil FCA action.
