What is it?
The Healthy@Work program is designed to bring information and services to companies to help encourage employees to live healthier lifestyles. The program offers a variety of on-site health screenings, health education programs and classes – all taught by MultiCare professionals. Companies that want to design internal wellness programs for specific employee populations can also utilize the program.

Why do they do it?
Health care costs continue to be on the rise and are estimated to reach $4 trillion by the year 2015. Many companies continue to struggle with this continuous rise in health care costs and are looking for innovative ways to control and even reduce these costs while encouraging employees to practice healthier behaviors.
