During this time, I encourage you and your entire hospital team to join in our efforts, sharing the importance of community-based strategies to improve health, recognizing notable community health initiatives or highlighting available health programs in your area. All week long, ACHI is hosting a wide range of activities and providing resources such as templated press releases, proclamations and social media factoids to help keep the conversation going. By connecting clinical and community issues and partnering together in new and collaborative ways, America's hospitals are making a huge impact on the health of the communities we serve. Thank you for all you do each and every day to help individuals reach their highest potential for health.
