Located in Southeast Minnesota, Winona Health is an independent community healthcare system comprised of a hospital, clinics, community-based services, and other ancillary operations. Winona Health has been named a Top 100 Rural and Community Hospital the past three years.
Schultz graduated from Georgetown University with a BA in Economics, completed her MHA at the University of Minnesota, and received her Interdisciplinary Doctorate in Education in Leadership from Creighton University. She is on the board of the Minnesota Hospital Association, Past Chair and member of the American Hospital Association’s Small and Rural Committee, and Board Chair for a national Caravan ACO (Accountable Care Organization).
