The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) recently updated its website with information on 18 audits of 340B covered entities it completed in fiscal year (FY) 2012. HRSA in FY 2012 conducted 51 audits of 340B covered entities using a 340B specific protocol and included a review of each covered entity's compliance with 340B program requirements.
