The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) April 10 issued its fiscal year (FY) 2024 proposed rule for the inpatient and long-term care hospital (LTCH) prospective payment system (PPS). The LTCH proposals of the rule are covered in this regulatory advisory.
