Amicus Brief US Ex Rel. Rost v. Pfizer U.S. Court of Appeals

The AHA and Pharmaceutical Research & Manufacturers of America \(PhRMA\) yesterday filed an amicus brief in support of the defendant in an appeal of a federal court decision that would allow a whistleblower to file a qui tam lawsuit after the defendant made a self-disclosure of the same misconduct to the government.
