AHA urges NLRB to retain current access standards for email, other systems

The AHA strongly supports retaining the current National Labor Relations Board standards for employee access to employer-provided email systems and other forms of electronic communications, the association said in a friend-of-the-court brief (insert link) filed yesterday in a case before the Board.
