Hospital groups urge full D.C. Circuit to uphold premium subsidies nationwide

The AHA, Federation of American Hospitals, Catholic Health Association of the United States, Association of American Medical Colleges, and Americas Essential Hospitals today urged the full U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to affirm the District Courts judgment that the Affordable Care Act makes premium subsidies available nationwide.
