Leadership Management Strategies for Hospital and Health System Executives

The COVID-19 pandemic has left many health care organizations reeling financially, even as they continue to innovate while addressing surges and the changing community care needs in areas like behavioral health and substance use. Throughout this crisis, hospitals and health systems have learned many important lessons about expediting decision-making, the importance of funding technology to help facilitate rapid scaling of telehealth services and how to design virtual care spaces optimally for a better patient and provider experience.
