Getting at ‘A Culture of Innovation’
In a rapidly changing health care environment, health care leaders appreciate the value of a nimble culture. But how do you get from where you are today to where you want to be?
The AHA Center for Health Innovation has partnered with the University of Chicago Booth School of Business to develop “Building and Leading a Culture of Innovation,” a one-day course that will help participants answer this and many other questions on the path to creating a strategic framework to embrace change and develop a culture of innovation in health care.
The training will be offered both April 30 and July 9 at the Gleacher Center of the Booth School in Chicago. All participants will earn a certificate of completion from AHA and the University of Chicago. Learn more and register at www.aha.org/leadinginnovation.
