Patient Safety Awareness Week (PSAW) will be March 14 – 20, 2021. This celebration is sponsored by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI). Hospitals and health systems prioritize patient safety every day of the week, and PSAW is an opportunity for hospitals and health systems to highlight their work and resources on patient safety.
