The HCC Academy offers specialized workshops for individuals and teams from hospitals, health systems and community organizations looking to take community partnership initiatives from concept to reality. Academy workshop attendees participate in facilitated learning experiences with guided collaboration, strategy and communication tactics for improving community health.

The HCC Academy’s virtual workshops provide the building blocks necessary to move community partnerships from concept to reality. Participants work with performance improvement coaches and subject matter experts to refine specific skills and better lead their community partnership initiatives with their partners. Following the workshops, participants can make use of tangible takeaways and new resources to gain buy-in from internal and external stakeholders.

Fall 2026 Workshop
During the HCC Academy's upcoming two-part virtual workshop workshop on Oct. 7 and 14, 2026, participants will engage in facilitated learning experiences led by performance improvement coaches and subject matter experts, learning how they can accelerate their hospital-communityc partnerships using data and storytelling.
