The HCC Academy’s virtual workshops provide the building blocks necessary to move community partnerships from concept to reality. Working with performance improvement coaches and subject matter experts, Academy workshop attendees work to refine specific skills and better lead their community partnership initiatives with their partners. Workshop 1: Leveraging Data in Community Partnerships
Explore ways to better leverage data to make the case for community health partnership initiatives using the Metopio Data platform. Develop a data-backed narrative to help gain stakeholder support and buy-in. Participants will walk away with:
- Data fundamentals badges of completion. Earn a badge of completion and reinforce professional competencies.
- Local data package. Work with the coaching team to develop a customized, downloadable local Metoptio data package.
Workshop 2: Community Partnership Storytelling
Work with subject matter experts and performance improvement coaches to develop data-backed and emotionally engaging pitch decks, and receive real-time feedback from peers. Participants will walk away with:
- Presentation fundamentals badges of completion. Earn a badge of completion and reinforce professional competencies.
- Presentation pitching tools. Build the case for a community partnership program and set the stage for sustainable results.
