Logistics Center Coordinates Care Among Six Hospitals
Hartford HealthCare instituted a centralized logistics center to maximize patient flow among its flagship academic medical center in Hartford and its five other hospitals in Connecticut. Since its launch in October 2017, the center has, among other improvements, decreased the time it takes to get patients to the next level of care and increased the number of patients staying within the HHC system.
