The American Hospital Association celebrated Community Health Improvement (CHI) Week from June 2-8, 2019. CHI Week is a national event to recognize the important role hospitals, health systems and communities have in advancing health and well-being. CHI week raises awareness, demonstrates impact and celebrates the individuals and organizations that are working together to advance the health and well-being of their communities.

AHA released multiple resources aligning with the theme of the week: One Voice to Activate Partnerships. Resources include guides, blogs, webinars and podcasts to help advance your community health improvement and population health work.

The AHA is continuously collecting community health improvement stories. Email achi@aha.org your success story, and share what your organization is doing to improve community health. Your stories will be featured on our website and social media.
