Mentor for the 2026–2027 Cohort

The AHA Next Generation Leaders Fellowship pairs senior health care executives with emerging leaders for a 12-month program focused on driving meaningful change. Mentors commit 1–3 hours per month to guide fellows through leadership development and a capstone project.

Please submit your interest form by March 31, 2026. After submission, the AHA team will review and notify selected mentors by May 2026. Orientation details will follow, and you are encouraged to connect with your fellow during the June 22–23 Kick-off Event in Chicago.

What Happens After You Submit

Once you submit your interest form, the AHA program team will review your information. Selected mentors will be notified by May 2026, and orientation materials will be shared via email. You’ll connect with your fellow ahead of the June 22–23 kick-off event in Chicago.
