Next Generation Leaders Fellowship
 

Mentor for the 2027–2028 Cohort

The AHA Next Generation Leaders Fellowship pairs senior health care executives with emerging leaders for a 12-month program focused on driving meaningful change. Mentors commit 1–3 hours per month to guide fellows through leadership development and a capstone project.

Please submit your interest form by March 31, 2027. After submission, the AHA team will review and notify selected mentors by May 2027. Orientation details will follow, and you are encouraged to connect with your fellow during the June 21–22 Kick-off Event in Chicago.
