Mentor Interest Form for Next Generation Leaders Fellowship
The AHA Next Generation Leaders Fellowship aims to turn accomplished and rising health care professionals into future leaders by empowering them to bring about real and lasting change in the hospital and health systems in which they now serve.
Those that are accepted into the Fellowship will be matched with an experienced health care leader who will serve as their mentor to guide and coach them throughout the 12-month program where fellows will work on a capstone project specific to a challenge within their organization. Mentors are senior health care leaders in executive or c-suite positions who are willing to share their knowledge with our future health care leaders. Mentors will work with their fellow one-on-one for 1-3 hours per month over the course of the program year. To foster an effective relationship, selected mentors will be strongly encouraged to attend the kick-off event in Chicago on June 26-27, 2023 to meet their fellow.
If you are interested in supporting an up-and-coming health care leader for our 2023-2024 cohort of the Fellowship, we encourage you to complete the below interest form. The form will close after March 31, and selected mentors will be notified in May.
