Why custom training with AHA Team Training?

Trusted Partner

We are a pioneer of the original TeamSTEPPS program having worked with the government since 2012 as its main training partner. Our interprofessional faculty are your clinical and non-clinical peers who have been both using and teaching TeamSTEPPS for years.

Tailored Content

Your organizational needs are unique, so your training should be too. Our custom trainings and engagements are not one size fits all. We collaborate with you to develop a customized training solution based on your needs and challenges.

Long-Lasting, Measurable Change

We provide on-going support and train-the-trainer sessions, which empower your team to deliver the program on its own, long after we're gone. They "own" it, which makes it more likely they'll support and enhance it over time.

What are my custom options?

We can facilitate in-person* or virtual TeamSTEPPS courses designed to cover all the core tools and skills as well as take deeper dives into advanced areas.

We can provide support for existing TeamSTEPPS trainers, champions, and change leaders as they work within their organizations to implement, sustain and spread TeamSTEPPS programs.

We can design long-term, multipronged engagements to help guide hospitals and health systems through large scale change.

*We are not currently scheduling in-person trainings due to the pandemic. We hope to resume in-person options in the second half of 2021, pending health and safety recommendations.
