AHA Team Training has developed a variety of educational opportunities focusing on TeamSTEPPS and other related team training topics.

TeamSTEPPS is an evidence-based set of teamwork tools designed to optimize team performance and ultimately improve patient outcomes, increase staff and patient satisfaction, foster resilience and support change management efforts. Learn from interprofessional faculty and your fellow health care peers from around the country to improve value in health care and build leadership skills needed to improve quality outcomes as well as patient and staff satisfaction.

Course

TeamSTEPPS Refresher (Virtual)

When: October 3-24, 2023

Length: 4 weeks

Format: Virtual

This course is for those who have completed a TeamSTEPPS Master Training course in the past and are looking to refresh their knowledge on the TeamSTEPPS content, stay current with curriculum innovations and/or reinvigorate implementation of TeamSTEPPS in their organization.
